Since our establishment, our company has been engaged in manufacturing, supplying and trading Hot Melt Coating Machine. This Hot Melt Coating Machine produces the Insect Sticky Indicators. Generally, the PVC used for making Insect traps is 270-micron thick; Glue coated on each side is 40 gsm, and the silicon release liner used is 70 gsm. These glue traps are also called pheromone traps as they attract flying and creeping insects. For pest management programs, they are used in commercial crops, greenhouses, homes, orchards, flowers, and vegetable gardens. The coverage of stuck insects on the traps indicates the types of insects affecting the crops, and their intensity, and indicates the area of field affected. This helps to spray pesticides in a controlled quantity. The glue trap is an effective product that works in the rain, sun, or wind that requires no ongoing maintenance, has no poison, no chemicals, and no vapours or baiting. The average production of a machine is to make about 42 sheets per minute. That is 20000 sheets per shift of 8 hours. India has a gross irrigated crop area of 204 million acres, (which is the largest in the world) It is advised to use (Avg.) 32 sticky traps per acre. That raises the requirement of India to 13056 million sheets per year. This requires thousands of such machines to suffice the requirement of these pheromone traps.
